Hi everyone,
I saw a small article in Abu Dhabi Week about there being a beach open on Yas and the hotels were taking guests there for free. Does anyone know anything about it? Has anyone been?

Not sure how this is going to happen as they don't have anyone to run it yet so not sure when it will be open.

I was told my a contact at one of the Yas Hotels that is opens on the 6th November (or he may have said 8th). Stars N Bars are running the snack shop thingy. He did say there would be a 150 AED charge unless staying at the hotels - which does seem rather high, but lets wait and see, after being here 3 years now I never believe anything until it actually happens.

It would be cheaper to pay the day rate at the hotel to use the pool and then jump on their bus!
Interesting though....guess we will have to wait and see!
